• In general, geographical references, spelling, hyphenation, andcapitalization have been retained as in the original publication. Thisincludes a few inconsistencies across the text. For example, the wordtomorrow is more or less equally written as both tomorrow andto-morrow.
• Minor typographical errors—usually periods and commas—have beencorrected without note.
